Salary: £31,527 Pro rata (£21,018) incl. London weighting

Working directly with the families and friends of those murdered through gun and knife crime, you will develop a network to increase their collective voice and influence with policy-makers. Providing bespoke training and individual support you will enable them to run their own projects supporting those affected by gun and knife crime. You will be aware of the needs of victims of serious and violent crime and have an ability to work in a sensitive manner.
You will be expected to provide information on a wide range of project management issues. In addition you'll organise, design and deliver networking events, training programmes, seminars and conferences. Some experience of fundraising and funding sources is desirable.
Having worked for some time with the voluntary sector, you will have experience of working in a multi-agency environment and have a good understand of effective partnership working.
